The aim with all North East England rehab programmes is to treat addiction at the source, which means utilising therapy and counselling after a detox. This ensures the social and behavioural sides of addiction are also treated. In our experience, this is always necessary to ensure people stay drug or alcohol free long into the future.
Inpatient & Outpatient Rehab Programmes
The great thing about our rehab clinics in North East England is they offer recovery programmes for all budgets. This is achievable because we provide care for inpatients and outpatients, so everyone can get the help they need.
Your rehab care will be provided either as an inpatient or as an outpatient depending on your budget. Outpatient rehab is cheaper; however, the level of support you will receive is lesser. Which is best for you depends on your circumstances.
Inpatients
Inpatient drug rehab in North East England and inpatient alcohol rehab in North East England is the most comprehensive rehab type. You will stay in clinic accommodation for the duration of your detox and start your therapy and counselling at the clinic. This provides the safest environment for you to recover in.
As an inpatient, you will also have time to relax in comfortable surroundings with a private room and bathroom. Many of our patients also enjoy holistic therapies like massage, sports days and gym sessions to make rehab easier.
Outpatients
Outpatients perform a home alcohol detox in North East England or a drug detox and must be looked after by a loved one. This type of rehab is not suitable for those living alone because care is needed. Weekly visits from a nurse are included and the patient must check in with the rehab clinic once a day during the detox.
Because care is provided at home, outpatients do not enjoy a break from their usual surroundings. This makes the alcohol detox in North East England and drug detox in North East England process more difficult and increases the chances of relapse.
If you are unsure which type of rehab is best for you, speak with one of our helpful advisors on 0800 118 2892 for personalised advice.

Thankfully, you will not be alone – our nurses will be available to support you during your detox, and you will take part in fun activities to take your mind off your withdrawal symptoms.

During your detox, you will be introduced to therapy. The most common therapies for drug rehabilitation and alcohol treatment in are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These are proven therapies that are used all over the world.
After you leave residential care, you will continue with therapy until you are confident that you have what you need to stay drug free.
