Our daily schedule includes 2 yoga and meditation sessions, one to one private sessions can also be arranged by appointment. Our truly inspiring instructor teaches with soul and intelligence, the class incorporates a variety of styles and teaching techniques making it suitable for beginners and the more experienced yogini.
