Our daily schedule includes 2 yoga and meditation sessions, one to one private sessions can also be arranged by appointment. Our truly inspiring instructor teaches with soul and intelligence, the class incorporates a variety of styles and teaching techniques making it suitable for beginners and the more experienced yogini. Yoga is practised outside overlooking the beautiful ocean allowing you to fully connect within the environment and feel at one with nature.
