You will be asked to fill out a food diary to keep a track of what you eat throughout the day. It helps you to record the grams of protein, fats, carbohydrate, fibre and calorific intake you consume. You will also record feelings and emotions, which can potentially highlight how your mood affects your eating behaviours. You will work with a therapist and our in house Personal Trainer who will provide you with an individualised programme suitable to you needs. The programme will also incorporate, group therapy, talks, workshops, holistic treatments, stress management techniques and aftercare.
