Call Handlers

JOB TITLE:
Panacea Call handler/ Support Worker

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Setting up and placing clients into rehabilitation or setting up community detox.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call handling
  • Assessments
  • Key support work with clients over the telephone
  • Community detox support
  • Data Input
  • Tracking and managing clients
  • Liaising with treatment providers

CANDIDATE:
The candidate will have the ability to work independently and handle their own work load. They will have a paramount understanding of addiction and treatment on offer. They will be able to work with client management systems in order to track their own clients. The candidate may be expected toassist on business development projects.

REPORTING TO:
Chris Knight, Mark Styles

WORKING HOURS:
8 Hour Rota shifts between 8am and 9pm, 5 days a week Monday to Sunday

BENEFITS, PERKS & TRAINING:
You will be training on the job, with various training sessions to attend with your agreed shift.

PROBATION:
6 month probation period

START DATE:
11th November 2010

CLOSING DATE:
10th December 2010
